About your Craniosacral Therapy sessions…

Your specific needs will be considered and I will adapt how I work by integrating my core practices which include Biodynamic Craniosacral TherapyBrainspotting and Somatic Trauma Therapy. I view our work together as a collaborative process where communication and feedback are essential to the relationship.

Confidentiality is important in a therapeutic relationship. Information given is held within professional boundaries and in strict confidence.

If you have a particular focus to our work together, we begin with weekly sessions (usually around 4-6) after which we review progress and decide on the next steps. This may mean continuing weekly sessions, spacing out the regularity of the sessions or negotiating a time to end our work together. Sessions on an approximately monthly basis can also be arranged as a regular restorative measure for your health and wellbeing. Each person is different and therefore the number of sessions depends on the individual.

Duration and Fees

Appointments last approximately 1 hour, session fees are £50. Appointments for 0-9 year olds last approximately 30mins, session fees are £35. Contact me for availability and clinic details.

24 hours notice is required when cancelling or postponing appointments, in which case I will reschedule if possible. The full fee will be payable if appointments are cancelled or postponed with less than 24 hours notice before the session. With enough notice there’s more chance to find another time, it also opens the original time up for someone else.
